The Policy Framework Paper series ended in January 2000. Policy Framework Papers were prepared by the member country in collaboration with the staffs of the IMF and the World Bank. These documents describe the authorities' economic objectives, macroeconomic and structural policies for three-year adjustment programs supported by ESAF resources, as well as associated external financing needs and major sources of financing. These documents are being made available on the IMF website by agreement with the member country as a service to users of the IMF website.
