Attendance to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG) Spring Meetings is by invitation only. All participants must be accredited in advance of the Meetings. To facilitate accreditation and registration, the participants are divided into different categories, described below. Please determine your registration category and submit your registration request accordingly.
Please note that an onsite Registration Desk operates for issuance of participant badges to those who are already accredited. Facilities for onsite accreditation are very limited and onsite accreditation is not guaranteed. Please plan your attendance at the Spring Meetings events in advance.
Participants are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Delegates are governmental officials of the member countries of the IMF and the WBG. Delegates are registered through the IMF and WBG Offices of Executive Directors. If you have any questions about Delegates registration, please forward your inquiries to meetingsregistration@imf.org.
Spring Meetings Observers are the representatives of the observer institutions to the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) and the Development Committee (DC). If you have any questions about Observer registration, please forward your inquiries to meetingsregistration@imf.org.
The 2014 IMF and WBG Spring Meetings will be held over the weekend of April 11-13, 2014 in Washington, D.C. As in previous years, the Civil Society Program, a program of events including policy dialogues for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), will be held on April 7-12, 2014. A draft schedule of the Program can be seen here while more detailed schedule of the policy dialogue sessions will be posted on the Bank Civil Society website by mid-March.
All CSO representatives interested in participating in the Spring Meetings must obtain individual registration via our online platform. Online registration for CSOs opened on February 10, 2014 and will close on March 31, 2014. We will not be able to provide registration after this date, thus we suggest that those interested in attending request registration early.
Please note that CSOs include non-governmental organizations, community groups, labor unions, faith-based organizations, foundations, think tanks, and other not-for-profit organizations. Branches of government (executive and legislative), political parties, private sector companies, and the media are not included in this category. You can find information on how to request registration for these other constituencies here.
More general information about IMF/WBG Spring Meetings can be found here. If you have any questions about the Spring Meetings and/or are interested in organizing a CSO policy dialogue session, please send an email to civilsociety@worldbank.org or ngoliaison@imf.org.
