Weicheng Lian is an economist in the IMF’s Research Department. Previously, he worked in the IMF’s European Department. His research interests include macro finance with a focus on housing trends and cycles, and structural changes in the global economy. Mr. Lian holds a PhD in Economics from Princeton University.
