Li Zeng is currently an economist in the European Department at the International Monetary Fund. He joined the IMF in 2009 as an EP and had previously held positions in the Asia and Pacific Department and the Fiscal Affairs Department. He received his Ph.D. degree in economics from University of California at Berkeley.
