The Managing Director’s Speech upon Receiving University of National and World Economy Honorary Degree

I felt so excited about the wonderful start of the day and am now feeling even more excited, having listened to the speakers before me. I vividly remember the day when I was accepted as a student of political economy and sociology at the then Higher Institute of Economics — today’s University of National and World Economy (UNWE). For me this is the day I embarked on my professional journey in Bulgaria, and later around the globe. Drawing on what the previous speakers have said, I would like to trace and relate my memories of that time to the work I do today in order to share several simple messages with the audience.  click for more
