Priscilla Muthoora is a Senior Economist in the Middle East and Central Asia Department. She joined the IMF in 2009 and has previously worked in the IMF Institute for Capacity Development, and the Fiscal Affairs and Western Hemisphere Departments. Ms. Muthoora received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on fiscal policy and institutions and development macroeconomics.
