Agustin Roitman is an economist in the IMF’s Strategy, Policy, and Review Department. Prior to this, he worked on Russia, Greece, Malaysia and several other assignments at the IMF. His research interests and publications have been mainly on international finance and open economy macroeconomics. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
